Do i need to insure my parcel?

You don't need to insure your parcel but we do offer you the opportunity to purchase insurance to provide you with an extra level of comfort knowing that if there was a loss, theft of damaged to your items that cover is in place to have these items reinstated.

How do I insure my parcel?

Where available, simply click on our pop up or proceed to check out where the information on the premium is displayed and select to purchase the cover.

Should I get shipping protection?

Insurance is a personal choice. We are providing consumers with the option to purchase insurance where none was previously available providing additional comfort in knowing that if there was to be a loss, theft or damage occuring whilst in transit that there is a policy in place to assist in the recovery and replacement.

Does the plugin handle international shipping?

What does shipping insurance protect?

The Nano Insurance Limited policy covers you for loss, theft and/or damage to your items whilst in transit.

What happens if Australia Post lose your parcel?

Through the provision of the tracking number we can normally ascertain where and when a parcel goes missing. Once this has been confirmed we reorder the items lost the the merchant in replacement. This normally only takes a day or two.

What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived?
